JLLT OneServiceCenter has been made aware of an issue that may be affecting services with generating reports for some Corrigo Enterprise customers in the AM Region.

Users May Experience: Receiving an error message, "An Unexpected Error Has Occurred" when attempting to generate reports in Corrigo Enterprise

A master case 00841651 has been opened for this issue to track incident volume.
